‘Under Cavan Skies’

Under Cavan Skies

Since February 2020 being a very different and challenging year, we have changed how we develop as a group while still following the appropriate pandemic advice. Hubsters have continued to be inspired by each other and the local area. Our exhibition ‘Under Cavan Skies’ is a selection of work created through the lockdowns. Our wildly diverse talented Hubsters throughout the darkness of the last year flourished and found a beacon of light through their creativity.

View the exhibition at Bailieborough Library, Co Cavan throughout November, pick up our FREE accompanying book and postcards.

There is poetry in all things…..

‘In times of uncertainty we turn to art for two reasons: guidance and solace. This book (Time) offers both, to any degree you want to accept. It will guide you to greater depths of undersatnding, while giving solace in the challenges being faced. There is poetry in all things’ Brooke Shaden – Conceptual fine art photographer

‘Time’ is a collaboration of evocative poetry  by Fidel Hogan Walsh and stunning conceptual photography by Julie Corcoran.

The book launches for Culture Night 2020 on the 18th September. The book is available to purchase in several shops in Cavan, Monaghan and Dublin or on-line using this link BUY NOW
